Ted Kaczynski is currently serving multiple life sentences without the possibility of parole at Florence ADMAX . From 1959-1962 Ted was an unwitting test subject of Dr. Henry Murray and the MK-ULTRA test program. Defense attorneys for Kaczynski, prior to plea bargaining, confirmed that they planned on defending their client with proof that he had been mentally damaged by the MK-ULTRA program. Ted, who did not want to be seen as a “sickie” fired his defense attorneys. Ted, who was deemed suicidal at the time, was not allowed to represent himself, and took a plea deal under pressure, with no real legal representation. We believe that he should be given Amnesty due to his induced mental disorder and that he should be paid restitution for his ordeal. In addition, the U.S. Government should admit their responsibility for creating this situation and pay the restitution that is due to the victims of the Unabomber attacks, as well as to the other victims of MK-ULTRA, MK-SEARCH, MK DELTA, Project Blue Bird, Project Artichoke, and Project Monarch.

Members of DETTS believe that there should be a Constitutional Amendment to ensure a Complete And Total Ban On The Use Of Human Subjects In Any and All Psychological Testing.
